Rental Equipment Pricing:

Safety Vests for Course Marshals: Up to 30 @ $2 ea

Role-Based Safety Vests: Up to 8 @ $5 ea (Race Director/Volunteer Coordinator/Official Photographer/Team Leader/Ask Me)

Orange Traffic Flags (for course marshals): Up to 20 @ $1.00 ea

Recycling/Trash Frames: Up to 5 @ $20 ea (includes 1 bag per frame)

Trash-Picking Tongs: Up to 3 @ $4 ea

Terms and conditions - Customer Pick Up and Return From and To Burkittsville, Maryland:

1. To hold items requested for rental, a deposit check or credit card payment in the amount of $75 shall be remitted to WF Running, LLC within 7 days of the rental contract being accepted by WF Running, LLC
   1. This check/credit card payment will be held and returned to the renter if and when all rented items are returned clean and in good condition
   2. If any rental items are dirty, missing, or broken upon return, the deposit check/credit card payment will be put toward the following fees (excess fees will be returned to the renter)
      1. $30 cleaning fee per item needing to be cleaned
      2. The renter agrees to pay for missing/broken beyond repair equipment at return at a rate of 5-times the rental fee for said item
2. Trash and recycling disposal is the responsibility of the renter
3. Rental period of one week running from Thursday to Wednesday unless otherwise agreed to in the rental contract
4. Full payment due at time of pickup

Terms and Conditions - Rental in Conjunction With Emcee/Announcer/DJ Contract - WF delivers rental items day-of

1. This option is dependent upon available space in the WF Running vehicle
2. To hold items requested for rental, a deposit check or credit card payment in the amount of $75 shall be remitted to WF Running, LLC within 7 days of the signed rental contract being accepted by WF Running, LLC
   1. This check/credit card payment will be held and returned to the renter if and when all rented items are returned clean and in good condition
   2. If any rental items are dirty, missing, or broken upon return, the deposit check will be cashed and funds put towards the following fees (excess fees will be returned to the renter)
      1. Equipment must be cleaned prior to return or the renter agrees to pay a $30 cleaning fee per item needing to be cleaned
      2. The renter agrees to pay for missing/broken beyond repair equipment at return at a rate of 5-times the rental fee for said item
3. Trash and recycling disposal is the responsibility of the renter
4. Renter agrees to pay a $30 delivery fee
